Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL University, Karachi) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) Secretariat, Islamabad, on 31-12-2025, to strengthen academic collaboration, student engagement, and awareness regarding taxpayers’ rights.
This MoU was facilitated through the initiative of Mr. Arslan Rafique (LLB Student), Campus Ambassador of the Federal Tax Ombudsman, whose efforts played a key role in establishing this institutional partnership.
The collaboration aims to promote joint seminars, research programs, awareness sessions, and internship opportunities, providing SZABUL students with valuable exposure to the FTO’s role in administrative justice, transparency, and taxpayer facilitation across Pakistan.
